Renowned Nigerian actress, Destiny Etiko has taken to Social media to mourn the late Nollywood actor and Colleague, John Okafor who is popularly known and addressed as Mr. Ibu. The actress took to her verified Instagram page to pay tribute to the late actor after news broke out online that he had passed on.
According to several verifiable media outlets, John Okafor aka Mr. Ibu died on Saturday, March 2nd at a hospital in Lagos. The late actor has been under extensive medical treatment, including surgeries that unfortunately resulted in the amputation of one of his legs. Despite the efforts made, the actor ultimately took a bow on Saturday, 2nd of March 2024.Reacting to the news, Destiny Etiko took to her Instagram page to write that the sad news of Mr. Ibu hit her differently and she wished it wasn't true.
